An Initial or "first-time" pest control service consists of an interior and exterior treatment. If everything is removed from the kitchen cabinets we offer a 30 day service agreement; we will return once within thirty days after the initial treatment to service any problem areas. This service includes coverage for Roaches, Spiders, Ants, Silverfish and Rodents.

A Monthly service is ideal for commercial accounts such as day-cares, restaurants, school districts, or any establishment that handles food and/or has a regular flow of the general public. If between scheduled appointments you have any pest problem we will return at no additional cost to treat the problem area. This service also includes coverage for Roaches, Spiders, Ants, Silverfish and Rodents.

A Bi-Monthly service is recommended for such accounts with slightly higher than normal pest activity. After control of the pest infestation is achieved, the account can move to a quarterly basis. If you experience any pest problems between services, we will return at no additional cost to treat any problem areas. This service is a good choice for certain commercial establishments such as Physicians’ offices, churches, etc.

A Quarterly service is well suited for residential sites. We are at your home four times a year, which means the level of material used is kept to a minimum while achieving maximum results. We treat the interior and around the windows, doors, eaves, weep holes (on brick homes), cracks and crevices, and perimeter of the exterior. As with all of our pest prevention services, if you experience any pest infestations between regularly scheduled visits, we will service the problem area at no additional cost. This service includes the treatment of Roaches, Spiders, Ants, Silverfish and Rodents.

We also offer an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program for commercial and residential customers. IPM is the exclusive use of baits and monitoring devices inside and throughout. Inspections for pests and possible entry points on the exterior. This further lowers the use of materials inside and out.
